The Power + Position Lab is a strategy incubator for Black women navigating high-stakes spaces with clarity, courage, and uncompromised agency.

This isn’t about fitting into broken systems. It’s about designing your own architecture of power. One that doesn’t demand performance, suppression, or apology.

In this lab, we explore how to:

• Exercise power without performance
• Navigate visibility without compromise
• Claim space without shrinking
• Lead with discernment, not conformity

We Center:

• Self-awareness as strategy – Knowing yourself isn’t indulgent, it’s tactical.
• Boundaries as architecture – Boundaries protect your vision and expand your capacity.
• Intentional visibility – Being seen isn’t always safe, strategic, or required. You choose.
• Political clarity that shields and sharpens – Understanding the dynamics of power protects you from being used by it.

This is where power recalibrates from inherited scripts and conformity to unbound and authentic presence.
