A Master of Education in Learning, Leadership, and Organization Development from the University of Georgia, where she also earned her Certified Organizational Coach credential, positioned her at the forefront of how adults grow, how organizations function, and how change takes hold in practice. Her designation as a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) extends that expertise into the people practices and workforce dynamics that shape organizational health.
